Ricky came to Pebble Ranch as part of the large hoarding and neglect case April of 2023.  It took a little while for him to understand that he is now safe from harm and hunger, but now he has started to approach volunteers to say hello and his bravery is rewarded with cookies and little boops on his snoot.  Many of the little ones from that situation have just needed and little time and love in order for their personalities to come out and shine.
